TARIFFS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All rates quoted are inclusive of Community Levy and
Emergency Rescue Levy. Accommodation fees quoted are per person per night. Minimum charges
areper unit per night. EKZNW is a non VAT vendor.

Standard Season: Applies to all times of the year that is not
defined as low season, for the period 1 November - 31 October.

Low Season: Applies Sunday to Thursday inclusive, provided it is out
of South African school holidays and not over long weekends (public holidays that fall on a Friday
or Monday), or during special events.
NB: Low season rates are not applicable to tour operators and travel agents.

Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park:
Overnight Visitors: A daily Conservation levy of R80 per person per day will be
charged at Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park. South African and SADC residents who provide proof of identity
may apply for a 50% discount on this fee, (R40 per person per day).
Day Visitors: Pay the Conservation levy for Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park.

Other Parks:
Overnight Visitors: Are not required to pay the gate entry fee except parks that
fall under the Wetland Authority.
Day Visitors: Are required to pay gate entry. See individual camps. The overnight hiking fee of R30 per person excludes gate entry fee
to the Reserve.

South African residents 60 years and over and bona-fide students are
granted a discount of 20% on accommodation tariffs, excluding wilderness trails, overnight hiking
and Hluhluwe-Imfolozi. but is only applicable over low season. SA residents qualify for the above
discount on presentation of identification and proof of age for pensioners, or a valid student card
for students, failing which full rates will be charged.

Bookings must be paid in full to confirm a reservation.

Cancellations effected more than 21 days before date of arrival will
attract an administration charge of R 1 00. Cancellations effected between 14 and 21 days before
date of arrival will attract a charge equivalent to one night's deposit or 25% of the total amount
(which ever is greater) plus the R 100 administration charge. Cancellations effected between 14
days and date of arrival will attract the total charge.

Children under 3 years old - no charge (entry, levies and accommodation).

Children 3 to 12 years old inclusive are charged 50% of the
accommodation rate in all categories of accommodation.

Minimum age for children on Wilderness Trails, Mziki Trail and
Emoyeni Trail is 16 years if unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and 14 years if
accompanied.

For all accommodation check out time is 10:00 and check in time
(other than campsites) check in time is 14:00. Gate Entry times:

13. Coastal reserves have provision for late entry on Friday evenings
and long weekends or holidays - please check your accommodation booking slip for information
pertaining to each camp.
14. Rates for Weddings and Conferences
