KZN WILDLIFE TO HOLD EXCLUSIVE WHITE RHINO AUCTION

For immediate release     Game Auction …….. 

Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife will be holding its first ever exclusive White Rhino Auction on 1 September 2007 at their Head Office in Pietermaritzburg, starting at 11:00am.  A total of 39 White Rhino comprising of various ages and sexes will be offered on catalogue for delivery in September and October 2007.  This concept came about following the cancellation of a significant delivery of White Rhino to a local Community Conservation Reserve.

"Unfortunately due to a recent cancellation of a donation of white rhinos to a Community Conservation Area, more animals were available for disposal. 
In the light of this it was then decided to hold a second public auction, giving all who wanted to buy an equal opportunity to so on an open market," said Mr Khulani Mkhize, Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife Chief Executive Officer".
