Booking System Changes

Booking System Changes

Please note that Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife’s booking system will be updated to be in line with the Payment Association of South Africa and the First National Bank requirements. These changes will be effected from the beginning of March 2015 and will require customers to undertake a two stage payment process where the bank will send them a “One time Pin” via an SMS or email that they will need to enter in order to finalise their booking. Should you experience any challenges during this period, please email your booking requirements to bookings@kznwildlife.com. Alternatively please fax it to 086 505 8889. We anticipate that the updated booking system will be fully operational again by the end of March 2015.

We are also encouraging visitors that are wanting to book accommodation in our resorts in early March to make use of the current process before the change over on the 1st March 2015.
