The KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) Department of Economic Development, Tourism, and Environmental Affairs is calling for all South African Registered B-BBEE compliant companies based and operating in KZN to enter for this year's installment of the B-BBEE Business Awards.

The Annual BEE Conference and Business Awards event is aimed at acknowledging, giving due recognition, and celebrating excellence in Black Economic Empowerment Businesses. The purpose for such an initiative is to recognize and motivate enterprises that are responsive to government’s economic transformation agenda and inspire others to take pride in the transformation of the economy of the KZN Province.
